Diversity Mark held an event in partnership with Encirc this week which Greentown attended, on the importance of the role of senior leadership in championing diversity and inclusion as a driver for long-term business success.
They discussed the importance of Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategies, emphasising that leadership commitment is the key to sustainable cultural change.
