Greentown is working in association with a leading supplier of railway systems renewal and maintenance across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit qualified Chainsaw Operatives to join our established Rail Works Team.

This role will involve supporting vegetation management and clearance works associated with rail infrastructure projects, carrying out chainsaw operations safely and within the scope of your qualifications.

Essential Requirements:

• CS30 – Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting
• CS31 – Felling and Processing Small Trees
• Full, valid driving licence
• Strong understanding of site safety and safe working practices
• Ability to operate and maintain chainsaws safely
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Applicants must hold both CS30 and CS31 as a minimum.

Role Details:

• Work across various locations throughout Northern Ireland; flexibility to travel is essential
• Vegetation clearance, tree felling and processing duties within the scope of your qualifications
• Compliance with all relevant health, safety and site requirements
