Greentown Traffic Management is seeking motivated and reliable Traffic Management Operatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a team environment, and are looking to build a long-term career within the traffic management industry.
No previous traffic management experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Requirements:
- Full manual driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and varying site environments
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
The Role:
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management systems
- Supporting the safe operation of traffic management measures, including temporary traffic lights, lane closures, road closures, hard shoulder closures, contraflow systems, and Stop/Go operations
- Carrying out site checks and assisting with on-site safety assessments
- Completing required documentation using digital and manual systems
- Ensuring vehicles, equipment, and work areas are maintained safely and efficiently
- Supporting general depot, yard, and housekeeping duties as required
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Category BE (Trailer) Licence
- CSR, CSCS, or SafePass Card
- Lantra Traffic Management Qualifications (12D, 12AB, 12A, etc.)
