We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and proactive people to work on the roads with us.

Full on-the-job training is provided, so all you need is a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a full manual driving licence. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, supportive team making sure our sites are safe for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and taking down temporary traffic systems, including:

  • Stop/Go systems

  • Multi-way traffic lights

  • Lane, road, and hard shoulder closures

  • Contraflow systems

• Keeping our sites safe for your team and the public

• Completing site checks and assessments

• Using tablets or manual records to keep documentation up to date

• Helping out in the yard and keeping things tidy

Essential Criteria

• Full manual driving licence

• Good communication and listening skills

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Able to stay calm under pressure

• Health & Safety aware

• Good at managing your time

 Desirable Criteria

• BE or C Category Licence (Trailer / LGV)

• CSCS / Safepass / SLG

• Lantra Traffic Management qualifications (12D, 12AB, 12A, etc.)
